When we think about Amazon Prime Day, we think discounts — and lots of them. But this year, there’s an extra Prime Day offering that actually has nothing to do with sales. Allow us to introduce you to Prime Day Launches, a collection of products that are new and currently only available to Amazon Prime members.

While it’s a seemingly random assortment of products — like toys and an audio version of E.M. Forester’s A Room with a View the best options are definitely kitchen-related. Here are the three that really impressed us.

Note: We aren’t sure how long the first two will be Prime-exclusive, but can confirm that the third item will be available to members only now through August 15, 2018. We’ll update the other products as we learn more.

Vitamix’s Explorian series is designed to have a tinier profile and comes with a 48-ounce container, which is ideal for blending medium-sized batches for small families. Don’t let the size fool you, though — the powerful motor is still able to crush nut butters and even heat up purées. This model isn’t new, but the slate color is, and it’s currently only available to Prime customers.

This tabletop grill is the only Prime Day Launches product that’s currently marked down — albeit only by $10. It has two adjustable knobs for variable cooking heats, and 225 square inches of cooking space. Want something bigger? Coleman also released another portable version with three burners and 285 square inches of cooking space.

A smaller (and less expensive) version of OXO’s original burr grinder, this is for serious coffee drinkers who don’t have a ton of space and want to start grinding their own beans. This little guy grinds for pour over, French press, and even espresso — quickly and quietly. And, thanks to a well-designed hopper and contained compartment for grounds, it’s relatively mess-free to use.
