Get excited! The All-Clad VIP Sale has been extended, which means you have 48 hours to score great All-Clad pieces and sets for up to 60 percent off. Plus, if you spend $150 or more, you’ll save an additional 15% off your cart. And just for the next 36 hours, you can score 20% off and free shipping on any one item your heart desires. So whether you’ve been wanting to upgrade your cookware or replace a few pieces, now is the time to do it! But you better be quick: The event ends on Sept. 24. To access the sale, which runs for a limited time and is hosted by Home and Cooks Sales, you just have to enter your email address here. From there, you can get to shopping — or you can just browse our top picks here.

Note: Everything in the sale is considered “factory seconds.” This means that the pieces have some sort of defect, which makes them unfit for regular sale. None of the items have defects that affect their performance (it’s all cosmetic). In some cases, it’s just that the boxes have been beat up. In others, there’s a minor scratch or dent on something. But honestly, we’ve bought pieces from this sale and have seriously struggled to find their “issues!”

1. 12-Inch Fry Pan

This is actually one of our favorite pans of all time. It’s heavy, cooks evenly, and has enough surface space for searing or sautéing a whole meal. It’s the pan we use time and time again in our photo studio.

Buy: 12-Inch Fry Pan, $104.95 (normally $170)

2. 3-Quart Copper Sauce Pan with Lid

The long handle makes it easy to stir without any nasty burns and blisters while the ergonomic shape ensures that heat is distributed evenly and keeps things (like sugar) from burning.

3. 6-Quart Copper Round Roaster

Thanksgiving is going to be here before you know it. And if there’s even a small chance you might end up hosting, this is a purchase worth making. It’s big enough hold a decently large bird, and its nonstick stainless steel interior makes it easy to clean but still gives you those browned bits that are a must-have for homemade gravy. Not planning on hosting Thanksgiving? This pan can help you roast loads of potatoes or other veggies this winter.

4. 8-Quart d5 Stock Pot with Lid

Kaitlin Garske, our senior social media manager, uses this a lot for stocks, beans, soups, braises, and more. ”It is heavy, but a lot lighter than my Dutch oven, which I appreciate because I have joint problems.” And because it’s stainless steel, she doesn’t have to be as precious with it as she does her enameled cast iron cookware.

5. 6-Quart Deep Sauté Pan

It’s a pan! No, it’s a pot! No, it’s a super-deep sauté pan! This pan, with extra-tall sides, is big enough to brown a batch of beef for a whole pot of beef stew, or to cook a whole bag of kale. Heck, you could even make said stew in it if you wanted to.

Buy: 6-Quart Deep Saute Pan, $119.99 (normally $290)

6. 5-Quart Sauté Pan with Lid

This large pan lets you comfortably sauté large batches of vegetables or meat while the flat surface allows for easy turning with the spatula. We also love the straight sides that prevent any kind of splattering.

7. 10-Piece Nonstick Cookware Set

We don’t usually like to suggest cookware sets (they’re expensive and include lots of stuff you don’t really need!), but this nontstick one is a goodie! It comes with 10 pans — including a 10-inch fry pan, a 3-quart saucepan, and a 4-quart sauté pan — and four lids. Plus, just two of these pieces would normally cost you way more than the set’s normal price.

8. 3-Quart d5 Sauce Pan

This saucepan is seriously smart. It’s got high, straight sides and a smaller surface area so that it holds heat well and limits evaporation. Plus, the edges are flared slightly for drip-free pouring. We love this pan when it comes to making turkey gravy.

Buy: 3-Quart d5 Sauce Pan, $105 (normally $275)

9. Stainless Steel Gratins

Have you ever seen a cuter little set of pots? These are great for serving individual portions of side dishes or desserts. Or you can fill some with, say, spiced nuts or candies, and scatter them around the tables in your house the next time you’re hosting a party.

Buy: Stainless Steel Gratins, $30 for two (normally $70)

10. 12-Inch Copper Core Fry Pan

If you’re really looking to upgrade what you have, this fry pan has, you guessed it, a copper core. As its name implies, the pan has five layers of stainless steel exterior and a copper middle sandwiched in between. This construction results in a fast, even heating that out-performs aluminum pots.
