The Pro-Release Bakeware line is a new line from All-Clad, and we are obsessed. The pieces are nice and heavy (no warping or uneven cooking), and they really do release goodies the way they’re supposed to. The set includes a half sheet pan with a cooling and baking rack, two round cake pans, and a loaf pan. As much as we love this set, there’s one little thing we truly love the most: the third handle on the sheet pan, which means no more accidental thumbprints in your cookies!
