Don’t know what to grab for lunch this week? Aldi has you covered with affordable and filling lunch options, like $2 walking tamales, and now, $2 bowls of ramen noodles.

There are two different types of ramen noodles that you can choose from. The first are Noodle Bowls made with cooked Hokkien noodles by Annie Chun’s, which come in three flavors: Sweet Chili with go-chu-jang hot sauce, Pad Thai with peanuts and vegetables, and Yakisoba with crispy vegetables. These bowls are sold at $2.98 each. They can easily be prepped in the microwave in 2 minutes, and contain 8-ounces of food, making them a super filling vegetarian lunch option when you need something in a pinch and to fit your grocery budget.

The second option is from Chef Woo with two flavors: Braised Beef and Roasted Chicken. These bowls include 20 grams of filling plant-based protein, which makes them a super-stuffing lunch for your afternoon, and only cost $1.49 each. Similar to the other noodle bowls, these cups of ramen will cook in 2 to 3 minutes in the microwave. Lunch has never been this easy. Can’t find it at Aldi? You can grab a 12-pack on Amazon for $26 instead.

While these instant ramen bowls can already be a filling lunch option, you can use them as a base as you doctor up your bowl of ramen even further. Add in leftover cooked meat like thin slices of beef or chicken. Top the bowl with a 7-minute egg, or maybe even sprinkle some crispy ramen toppers for flavor. Even tossing in stir-fried vegetables could be a fun way to mix up your lunch! With the price of these ramen bowls already cheap, enough, adding a little more to your lunch bowl can still be part of that tight weekly budget.
