Thanksgiving prep is underway, and that means it’s time to do some menu planning. We’ll need a turkey, and chances are that will involve securing a good quality roasting pan. Thankfully, one of Aldi’s newest Aldi Finds of the week includes a Crofton Cast Iron Oval Roasting Pan that seems to be a great dupe of the famous Le Creuset roasting pan — and it’s only $16!

The Crofton Cast Iron Roasting Pan

The new roasting pan is made of a porcelain enamel interior and exterior, and available in white or blue with dimensions of 13.82 x 9.96 inches. Much like the much more expensive Le Creuset roasting pan, it offers great heat retention and distribution, is oven-safe up to 482 degrees, and works across all kinds of surfaces. Obviously, as we’re now weeks away from Thanksgiving, this is an ideal time to get a sweet deal on a roasting pan that can be used for turkeys as well as other protein options, such as hams or roasts.

While the Le Creuset version comes in two sizes — the 5/8-quart for $90, or the 3-quart for $210 — the Crofton Cast Iron Roasting Pan comes in a size somewhere in between the two, and for much cheaper no less. Of course, the Le Creuset roasting pan offers a wider array of color options, and can actually withstand heat up to 500 degrees. But that seems a reasonable price to pay for, well, such a reasonable price!

The Crofton Cast Iron Roasting Pan is a new Aldi Find, but it likely won’t be long before people are raving about it on TikTok; especially with so many Aldi shoppers sharing their love for other Crofton high-end cookware dupes, such as the Crofton Awesome Pot and the Crofton Awesome Pan.

As Aldi Finds tends to be limited quantities and limited-time availability — and with the holiday cooking season now upon us — this likely won’t be around for long. So, if you want a sweet deal on a new roasting pan for the holidays, the time to act would be now!
