Unlike so many people who count down until Wednesday when Aldi’s latest finds are released, I don’t feel so much devotion to the weekly drop. But every so often there’s a product that does catch my eye and makes me wish I lived closer to an Aldi. This week, it’s the speckled serving tray for just $5 that would be so cute for spring entertaining.

The tray comes in three pastel colors — mint green, white, and pink — and has a terrazzo-style pattern that will look stunning on any kitchen countertop or table. (You could even use it to display decor on your coffee table.) When I first spotted it I immediately thought it would be the perfect addition to an Easter spread, either with deviled eggs or a cheese board. It’s not huge, probably about the size of a plate, so would work best for bite-sized appetizers — or even baked Brie in puff pastry (always a winner in my house)!

This isn’t the only serving tray we’ve seen hit store shelves for Easter that we’re loving. This farmhouse wood bunny-shaped platter at Walmart is too adorable — a must-have for the holiday! — and these cute $3 serving trays from Target also caught our eye; we want one in every style.

Easter is early this year, on March 31, so don’t delay in heading to your closest Aldi to scope out the serving trays. They’ll be the perfect serving item for whatever you’re hosting this spring, whether that’s an Easter or Mother’s Day brunch or dinner party. And you don’t even need a reason to host to use these. They’d also make a super cute catchall for the tiny trinkets that can start to feel cluttered on your kitchen counters, like keys and mail. Use one of these speckled finds for adding a little extra something to your spread or corralling clutter.
