If You Spot This Beloved $5 Breakfast at Aldi, Stock Up on Both Flavors (It’s Bound to Sell Out Again!)
They’re back! If you’re the kind of person who thinks a slice of pizza works any time of day, then you’re going to want to make a trip to your local Aldi as soon as possible and get your hands on this shopper favorite breakfast find: Biscuit Crust Breakfast Pizza.
Back by popular demand, Aldi is selling its two breakfast pizza flavors for just $5 a pie. You can snag either a sausage and cheese breakfast pizza or a pizza with pork belly, bacon, peppers, and onions. Both breakfast pizzas are made with a flaky biscuit crust and feature a country-style gravy as the sauce, topped with low-moisture mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Breakfast pizzas can be found in the Aldi frozen section and will bake to perfection in your oven in less than 30 minutes. Perfect for a hands-free breakfast, or even a breakfast for dinner situation.
These breakfast pizzas are wildly popular, but aren’t on shelves all year round, so frequent Aldi shoppers are always keeping an eye out for them so they can stock up their freezers.
“These are the best!” writes one enthusiastic Aldi shopper on the return of breakfast pizza on a recent Aldi Instagram post. “Bought two and didn’t have room in the freezer, so I guess I had to have it for dinner. Hands down my favorite pizza at Aldi,” writes another.
Some Aldi shoppers even like to doctor up their breakfast pizzas to make them even heartier. “I scramble some eggs and plop them on top of the cooked pizza. I bought four pizzas this time around because they have been consistently that good,” writes one shopper on Reddit. “[It’s] nice and crispy. The cheese crusted so well. … 10/10 will buy again,” writes another.
So if you love the idea of breakfast for dinner, or pizza for any time of day, stock up on a couple of boxes before they sell out yet again!
