Air Fryer Biscoff Cheescake Is the Surprisingly Sweet Use of Your Air Fryer You Never Expected
You’ve probably made fries and chicken wings in your beloved air fryer, but what about dessert? Jared of Instagram account @airfryerpapi just posted a Reel of an option that you might not expect: Biscoff cheesecake. And, as his handle suggests, he uses his air fryer to make it.
The Reel opens with a shot of a cake server showing a glorious slice of Biscoff cheesecake that features a graham cracker crust, Biscoff-flavored cheesecake, Biscoff cookie butter, and crushed Biscoff cookies on top. Then, it dives right into the process of making it. To start, Jared mixes together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then packs the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Next, he adds softened cream cheese, sour cream, milk, vanilla, sugar, eggs, and warmed Biscoff cookie butter to a bowl before mixing everything together with a hand mixer until combined.
He then pours the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust and smooths the top with a spatula. The cheesecake bakes in an air fryer at 300°F for just 22 minutes (compared to at least an hour in a traditional oven). After it’s finished, Jared removes the cheesecake from the pan, pours warmed Biscoff cookie butter on top, and sprinkles on some crushed Biscoff cookies for good measure.
Although he doesn’t release the recipe in the post itself, he noted in the comments that the recipe did make it to his Stories later that day. So, if you’re ever interested in Jared’s recipes, be sure to check the comments of the posts to discover where the written instructions for that particular recipe will live.
In the post, he mentioned that he’s thinking of freezing these cheesecakes and raffling them off every month, but if you have an air fryer there’s no need to wait and try your luck.
