A Sausage Breakfast Casserole Worthy of Dinner
Tossing a whole bunch of delicious things into a casserole pan and throwing it in the oven to bake until bubbly at 400°F sounds like a great way to welcome the weekend. But, if you can’t wait (like me), and want something for brunch-for-dinner tonight, this hearty sausage casserole is the right choice.
Casseroles like this are also a great way to clear out your fridge of any lurking vegetables. With the egg, sausage, tomato, and cheese as the base, feel free to get crazy with the rest of the add-ins. Don’t have broccoli? No problem! Toss something else in there.
