A December Brunch Menu with Savory Bread Pudding & Fancy Citrus Toast

December is high brunch season, and I’m not just talking the big holidays like Christmas morning. The weekends in early December are prime opportunities for a lazy morning brunch for you and whomever you choose to breakfast with. This menu has, to me, all the best things about a pre-holiday brunch spread: a make-ahead bread pudding with kale and goat cheese, plus a genius roasted red pepper sauce. Finish off with toast and fancy butter, and a casually awesome citrus salad.
