Have you caught the zoodle fever yet? Maybe you’re just trying to eat a little bit healthier, maybe you just really love your vegetables — either way, vegetable noodles are a great answer to both of those needs. We’ve talked quite a bit about the spiralizer lately on Kitchn, including reviews of three spiralizers, reasons to bring the spiralizer into your kitchen, and a few great recipes (I love this cucumber recipe).

Looking for inspiration for your next zoodle dinner? I reached out to some of my favorite bloggers who have spiralized recipes on their site to get their recommendations. The majority of these recipes involve spiralized zucchini, but there are a few that use other vegetables, like cucumber, broccoli stem, carrot, and onion.

1. Zoodles Marinara from Gimme Some Oven

If you love a comforting bowl of spaghetti, this is a great recipe to try. Instead of traditional spaghetti noodles, Gimme Some Oven uses spiralized zucchini.

I love that this recipe uses whole broccoli — both the florets and the stems. The stems are spiralized to create noodles, and the whole dish is covered in a delicious hoisin sauce.

This recipe features zucchini noodles in a thick, spicy sesame sauce with crispy tofu. The sauce is the most elaborate thing in the recipe, but it’s so worth the extra effort.

4. Zucchini Noodles with Creamy Avocado Pesto from Eat Yourself Skinny

Everything is better with avocado, and these noodles are no exception. The recipe is easy to understand — take a standard homemade pesto recipe, add some avocado, and put the mixture over a bed of spiralized zucchini.

5. Chicken Zoodle Soup from Damn Delicious

This recipe is perfect for when you need something comforting but healthy. The zucchini noodles get cooked for just three to five minutes so they’re hot, but still maintain some texture.

This crunchy salad combines two different vegetable noodles: carrots and cucumbers. This is the kind of thing you’d want to make on a hot day when you have zero interest in turning on the stove or oven.

7. Italian Zucchini Pasta Salad from Inspiralized

This blogger is basically the queen of spiralized recipes. She’s the author of two cookbooks that are dedicated to spiralized recipes (one that just came out!), so when she tells you this is one of her all-time favorite recipes, you need to listen up.

I think this recipe would be perfect for any potlucks you have coming up — it’s super chunky and obviously very vegetable-forward.

I love that this recipe uses both spiralized onion and zucchini. Both of the vegetable noodles get thrown in the wok with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, vegetable oil, and sesame seeds. It will take you all of 20 minutes to make.

This twist on a classic recipe substitutes olive oil for butter, and uses zucchini instead of noodles. This meal will come together in just 20 minutes — most of the prep is from spiralizing the zucchini.
