This past week I’ve been exploring St. Ives in Cornwall, England. It’s a good-size town full of museums and galleries to explore, and of course a pasty shop practically on every block. It’s been chilly and rainy here, which is why I’ve been gravitating towards these delicious variations of the savory pastry.
