After going through all the trials and tribulations of making Thanksgiving dinner, the last thing on your mind might is probably sending your guests home with even more food. I especially love the idea of giving guests a baked good for the next morning. I got this idea originally from a visit to a wonderful Italian restaurant, Marea, in New York. After a great meal, I was surprised when the maître d’ handed me a delicious muffin for the next morning. This small act made the meal even more memorable.
