The Fourth of July is a time to celebrate — especially because there are some major sales on appliances, cookware, and knives. (And mattresses, for some reason.) But we know you don’t want to scroll away on your computer, hunting down the best deals this weekend. No, you want to be outside! That’s why we did that work for you. We rounded up seven of the best kitchen deals we could find and put them all in one place for you.

Note: These were the best prices we could find during time of publication. If you find a better deal somewhere else, please leave it in the comments below and we’ll update this post!

1. 6-Quart Instant Pot LUX, $59 (normally $80)

Instant Pots are basically on sale EVERYWHERE! This is the best price we’ve found for the LUX, which is the most basic model and the one we normally recommend. And we found it for $59 at a few places. We’re listing it on Amazon here because we assume many of you have Amazon Prime.

Usually, the best price we see for the Explorian 310 is around $350. And right now, sites like Williams Sonoma and Macy’s are touting July 4th sales for that exact price, which isn’t much of a discount (odd, considering many of the other deals on these sites are bargains). But eBay, which is offering major deals throughout the month of July to compete with Amazon Prime Day, has the blender listed for $275 with its Buy It Now option. Add in shipping costs, and the total comes to $303 for a brand-spanking-new model.

3. KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer, $280 (normally $380) at Williams Sonoma

Williams Sonoma is offering 30 percent off KitchenAid gear, and that obviously includes this iconic and oh-so-reliable stand mixer. This deal also includes KitchenAid attachments, the brand’s adorable 3.5-cup food processor, and KitchenAid’s cold brew coffee maker, which we are absolutely obsessed with.

4. DASH 1.2 Liter Compact Air Fryer, $40 (normally $46) at Amazon

Is this not the cutest little air fryer you ever did see? It gets the seal of approval from our gear pro as the best air fryer for small families and it’s on sale at Amazon. The best reason to get one now (aside from the discount): onion rings on burgers.

5. Dyson V8 Animal Cord-Free Vacuum Cleaner, $340 (normally $480) at Macy’s

When it comes to vacuuming up your kitchen, nothing beats a Dyson — especially Dysons of the cord-free variety. They’re super easy to navigate (around chair legs), pick up every single crumb, and are small so they’re not prohibitively annoying to pull out every day or two. Save $140 by shopping at Macy’s.

6. All-Clad Tri-Ply Stainless Steel 10-Inch Covered Fry Pan, $87 (normally $160) at Williams Sonoma

This covetable pan is marked down to $99.95 and then you get another 20% off (bringing your total down to just $87) when you use the code COOK. Why spend that much on a pan? This is not just any pan — it’s an All-Clad, which is a favorite among chefs and home cooks alike because it heats evenly and quickly, and sears like you wouldn’t believe.

7. Wüsthof Classic 8-Inch Chef’s Knife, $150 (normally $187) at Sur la Table

If you’re going to have just one knife in your kitchen, it should be a chef’s knife — and the Wüsthof Classic gets our vote for the best chef’s knife for most home cooks. It’s incredibly balanced, easy to rock back and forth, and can handle basically any task. And it’s on sale.
