3 Things We Love About This Gorgeous Thanksgiving Table
Hush. Do you hear that? It’s the sound of all other holiday tables bowing down to the glory that is this Thanksgiving table from Apartment 34. In case it’s not obvious, here are three things we love about this table (and totally plan on stealing for ourselves at some point this holiday season).
1. The contrasting mix of dishes
This is mix-and-match at its finest! If you look closely, you’ll notice that every place setting is a little different. It’s a mix of charcoal, white, and gold-rimmed plates alongside green goblets, delicate crystal coupe glasses, and purple and gray cloth napkins. Lots of beautiful things, and lots of contrast.
2. The magnolia leaf garland
Forget a fancy centerpiece, Apartment 34 says, and go for a fresh garland instead! Not only is it festive and dramatic, but it’ll last you throughout the holiday season. “Keep it on the table to make every dinner feel lively then hang it on the mantel or on your buffet between parties!” they write. Punch up the garland with a few seasonally-appropriate fruits, vegetables, and flowers.
3. The color palette
Ah, jewel tones. Purple, magenta, and gold is such a luxurious mix, but the light wood table, white pillar candles, and touches of green and orange keep the table from feeling too moody and heavy. All together it strikes just the right balance of richness and warmth.
