medium bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 (12- to 16-ounce) bag
coleslaw mix (about 5 cups)
- 1/4 teaspoon
kosher salt, plus more as needed

Instructions
Finely chop the leaves and tender stems from 1/2 medium bunch fresh cilantro until you have 1/4 cup, plus more for garnish if desired.
Place the cilantro, 1 bag coleslaw mix, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, and a few grinds of black pepper in a large bowl and toss to combine. Add 1/3 cup Primal Kitchen Cilantro Lime Dressing and toss again. Taste and season with more kosher salt and pepper as needed. Garnish with more cilantro if desired.
