Do fruits need a dip? Of course not. They can be eaten as is, but then again, so can ice cream and the popularity of the hot fudge sundae is enough proof that people like to dress things up for a little something special. These dips don’t have to just be for parties, whip one up tonight and your family will thank you (and all your apples will mysteriously disappear).

4. Caramel Rum Fruit Dip: from Celebrate With Style, this dip is straight up over the top. There’s a bit of alcohol, caramels and nuts involved. It works as a dip, ice cream topping or straight from the bowl with a spoon!

6. Honey Lime Yogurt Dip: from Family.com, this recipe is a bit healthier with a limey kick your whole family will love.
