There's a lot to love about pasta night. Slot it into your meal plan and you can be sure you've got a dinner lined up that's seriously comforting, easy to pull off, and cheap. Those three qualities were also a constant theme in our most popular pasta recipes this year, which featured creamy orzo, a Tuscan tortellini skillet, one-pot primavera, and more.

1. How To Make One-Pot Pasta Primavera

This weeknight pasta starts by raiding the crisper drawer for whatever veggies you have on hand, then you'll bring it all together with bright and citrusy lemon butter sauce, plus a sprinkle of Parm.

8. Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna

Inspired by the baked casserole, this slow cooker version takes a major shortcut by starting with a bag of frozen ravioli and gets layered with lots of sauce and plenty of cheese. It skimps on the work, but definitely not on the comfort you expect from lasagna.

9. Easy Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta

Inspired by Bonefish Grill's cult-favorite Bang Bang shrimp — beloved for its creamy, sweet, and spicy chili sauce — this recipe is cheaper than dining out, better for you than takeout, and simple enough for even the busiest of nights.
