Welcome to the day after Thanksgiving! Anyone else’s fridge groaning with the weight of too many leftovers? Best satisfy your craving for turkey sandwiches pronto because we have some recipes here that are going to make short work of your leftover feast — like pierogis stuffed with mashed potatoes, a breakfast hash of leftover dressing, and a hearty white chili to use up every last scrap of turkey.

To feed your hungry house guests over Thanksgiving weekend, I heartily recommend starting the day with these potato puffs, a plate of cranberry pancakes and a big dish of stuffing hash. All these dishes are quick to make and clear out large swaths of leftovers. Later in the day, turkey chili should definitely be on the menu. Pie shakes for dessert?!

A panade is also one of my personal favorite ways of using up the little bits of leftovers that might not make a full recipe on their own. This is basically a casserole of leftover bread (or dinner rolls!) tossed with leftover meats and veggies (like turkey and Brussels sprouts!), soaked with some broth, and baked until bubbly. It’s a heartier, full-meal version of stuffing — especially great if you didn’t quite get your stuffing fix at the Thanksgiving table!

These are truly some of our favorite ways to use up Thanksgiving leftovers and stretch the holiday just a few days longer. What will you be making with your leftovers?
