Now that it’s spring it’s time to change up your snack game. The promise of warm weather requires that you ditch your hearty snacks and try something fresh, something you could never get in a vending machine: dip! These lighter dip options like grilled guacamole and spicy hummus with lime and jalapeño will pair perfectly with cold, crunchy spring vegetables or your favorite tortilla chip.

If you’re looking for something a little bit earthier, try the homemade baba ghanoush or creamy beet and tahini dip. If you’d rather have something on the sweeter end of things, try the fresh figs with cashew cream. Honestly, you can’t go wrong.

What are your favorite fresh dips for snacking? Better yet –– are there any great veggie or chip combinations that you prefer with your dips?
