All week long we've been hitting on Latin recipes and flavors and we thought it would be a great reminder to brush up on some of the basic ingredients in case you need a little refresher before you hit the grocery store. Do you know all 10 of these ingredients by sight?

Although most of these are basics and won't have you whipping out your smart phone to Google unknown produce while standing in the middle of the grocery store, they're still worth a little freshening up on. Each one brings a unique flavor to the plate that can't be achieved without them!
