When it comes to food, I'm all about simplicity — especially in the summer — which is why I'm so into these ice pops right now. With just two ingredients, I can have a cool, refreshing treat in an hour. What's not to love about that?

You only need two things to make these ice pops: coconut water and frozen fruit. You can use your favorite frozen fruit here, but peaches or berries are great options.

Just place the frozen fruit into the bottom of your popsicle molds, then pour in the coconut water, and insert the popsicle stick in the center. Freeze for about an hour, and enjoy!

Don't have a popsicle mold? You can still make these popsicles!
