With St. Patrick's Day right around the corner, you're probably planning on making a run to the liquor store to stock up on some Bailey's. But what if you could make your own Irish cream at home? Skip the store-bought stuff — this year we're going the DIY route.

To make your own Irish cream, you only need six ingredients: Irish whiskey, sweetened condensed milk, instant espresso, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and heavy cream.

It's as simple as whisking all the ingredients together, pouring into a container with a tight-fitting lid, and letting the flavors meld for at least four hours. And that's it! Silky-smooth homemade Irish cream, ready to be stirred into a hot cup of coffee or served over ice. You're welcome.
