I eat lots of pizza and got carpal tunnel syndrome from hand-kneading my dough day after day. I fight through the pain but ever since the injury my crusts just don't have the same chew. My doctor says I have to start ordering delivery pizza, or else I'll need surgery. So if I don't get this mixer, I am headed to the operating room.
