As one who loves to cook, this is total yum!
One year we received the gift of fresh olive oil from an orchard where a tree was adopted in our name (unfortunately only for that year). I thought I was just one of those people who didn't like olive oil until the moment the first can arrived from that harvest. It was amazing, and I haven't found a replacement I've liked as much since. I wish I could afford to adopt a tree every year.
