That is a stunning roasting pan.
I have always used a cheap tin of a roasting pan...a Mauviel Roasting Pan, well, put me at a loss for words as to how wonderful this would be.
Why is everything on this website just our style!? Beautiful. We live in a shack in the mountains of Oregon and have decorated our home in a collaboration of my, as an article here put it perfectly, 'hoarder-chic' style with his. I'll put up pictures once I've finished revamping. But, anyway. The funky, beautiful, artistic stuff on this site suits us perfectly & the articles are SO helpful when it comes to redecorating our tiny shack, figuring out storage & places to put all of our lovely things we've collected, inherited & found over the years. Most people would be shocked to see the state of our home, no running hot water, a bathroom half outside haha, our outdoor showering habits, etc. It sounds unsanitary, strange, whatever, but we love the way we live & take pride in the challenges to work around the lack of amenities.
In short, this is a shout out to the creators of this site! We love it and find it very helpful!
& its awesomely incredible to have the chance to win something we really need or would love to have to make our lives easier!

It looks like this roasting pan has similar technology used in high-end cookware. Distributes heat evenly due to it's design. It would be used not only for poultry, but a variety of dishes. Can't wait to add this product to my professional cookware.

A huge improvement on my wobbly disposable alumnium roasting pan from the dollar store supported by a cookie sheet. Winning this, I would finally get over feeling rotten about discarding the disposable pan in the trash/recycling bin...!
