I tried the brown rice salad with cherries and apples this fall and it was wonderful! Had it for lunch all week! Next on my list will be that sweet and savory wild rice salad. I can't resist the sweet/savory combos!
I make a Mexican Salad with beans, corn, and seafood that is full of protein, veggies, and fresh flavours and makes for a hearty lunch... it's grain-free (gluten-free too!) but keeps you full for ages.
