I recently came across some gorgeous smoked flaky sea salt that I could not pass up.
What are some uses that will showcase its tangy mesquite flavor as well as how pretty it is?

Ashley, that is some beautiful salt! We would add this salt as a finishing touch to already-cooked dishes, or to raw vegetables. We'd love to eat a deviled egg
with some of this sprinkled on top, or a spring salad with some pungent cheese and roasted root vegetables, finished off with this salt.
