I recently came across some gorgeous smoked flaky sea salt that I could not pass up.
What are some uses that will showcase its tangy mesquite flavor as well as how pretty it is?

We'd love to eat a deviled egg with some of this sprinkled on top, or a spring salad with some pungent cheese and roasted root vegetables, finished off with this salt.
