Q: I'm giving some delicious chocolate sauce as a gift for Christmas. I have always let it cool and then refrigerated it. Is there a way to seal it in jars without canning or changing the characteristics of the sauce?

Editor: If the fudge sauce includes dairy or any other perishable ingredients, my advice is to keep it refrigerated until ready to gift and tell your gift recipient to store it in the fridge as well. Check out this thread for some more advice:
