I am trying to get organized and stay on budget in 2013, how do I organize my receipts in a manageable and non-cluttered way? Thanks so much!

Editor: Right now, I enter my grocery receipts (and other bills!) into a budget-tracking spreadsheet and only keep the receipt if it was a major purchase or if I think I may need to return something. In the past, however, I've kept my receipts in an accordion folder with one slot for every month of the year.
