Q: I've decided to host my first annual "Pancake Day" on March 4. I got a bit overzealous with my invites and it looks like I could be entertaining upward towards 50 in my home. I'd like to freeze batches of pancakes in advance so I'm not making them all the day during the party. What would be the best way to defrost them for such a large group?
I've seen recommendations to use a toaster but that doesn't seem like the best fit for such a large group. Thanks!

Editor: I think making and freezing the pancakes ahead is a great idea! I'd just let them thaw in the fridge overnight, then re-heat them in the oven in batches.
