Q: I want to make two quiches and freeze one for later. I think this is possible, I'm just not sure if I should bake it first and then freeze it, or freeze it unbaked? The quiche is fairly veggie-heavy with zucchini and caramelized onions so I'm also a little worried at how those veggies will fare when thawed.
