Q: All of my baking sheets, as well as most of my skillets (including All-Clad) have gunk on them that won't come off. I've tried Bar Keepers Friend and they still look gross. Any suggestions?

Editor: With stubborn stains, I find that making a paste with the Bar Keepers Friend, letting it sit for awhile, and then scrubbing with steel wool (or a regular sponge if it's a nonstick surface) helps to get them off. But if they won't come out of the baking sheets, embrace the used surface! Those make the best roasted vegetables.
Readers, any tips for getting the gunk off baking sheets and pans?
