It seems like making a whole turkey would be overkill (not to mention the fact that we have a teeny tiny oven), so I was wondering if it's possible to get just a turkey breast, or other portion of a turkey, to roast?
If so, how do I adjust my cooking times and temperatures from a standard recipe?

Editor: Jessie, yes, it's very simple to roast a turkey breast. May I also suggest this lovely recipe from Mark Bittman, which gives you both white and dark meat?
