What's For Lunch Today?

What's for lunch today? Are you brown-bagging it? Going out to eat with colleagues? Eating a bagel at your desk? Here's one of our recent lunches...

...Water, salt-free tortilla chips, leftover beet and cabbage coleslaw (even better two days on), and Indian lentils from Trader Joe's. Those lentils were cheap, easy, fast, and good. We scooped them up with the tortilla chips - very yummy.

What's for lunch today and this week? Are you cooking your lunches more often these days?
