What's Cooking This Weekend?

Happy weekend, friends! Easter Sunday is just around the corner; are you cooking a big leg of lamb, a honey-glazed ham, or a batch of sticky lemon rolls? Easter is hands-down my favorite food holiday and I'm looking forward to all the asparagus I can eat, plus a slice of my family's Easter bread. What about you? What are you cooking this weekend? Holiday food? Or something simple and springlike?
