Q: This Christmas I will be celebrating with my parents and we all love to cook! Last time we spent the whole day making lasagna from scratch (homemade pasta, ricotta, mozzarella, traditional bolognese). This year we are looking for a new project.

We have no plans for the day, so it can be time-consuming, and we'd like it to be somewhat technically challenging so we can practice something new together. I'd love to hear if you or your readers have any suggestions for cooking projects to tackle this year!
