There's a lot of attention to detail surrounding Thanksgiving dinner. From stuffing to cranberry sauce to cocktails, shopping lists are written and vegetables are prepped. But many of us have guests in town prior to the big day. So before all the hustle and bustle, breakfast must happen.
Thanksgiving morning breakfast can't be too complicated; there's a lot going on in the kitchen from the second the coffee's brewing. So we've compiled a list of sweet and savory breakfast items that won't set you back much in terms of time -- many of which you can actually do the night before. And in many cases, a popular Thanksgiving breakfast can easily become a new tradition, too.

I'm making some pumpkin cinnamon rolls the night before so we can have a quick hot breakfast on Thanksgiving. The other key component is my mom's spiced cranberry cider; growing up she always had a batch staying warm in an old percolator pot all day so we could sip cider while cooking and this is one part of Thanksgiving I always have to have in my own house.
Easy Thanksgiving morning breakfasts? Whatever happened to cereal, toast, and milk?
Hmmm. Cereal, toast and milk doesn't sound very festive for the holiday.
I am thinking of the pumpkin cinnamon rolls myself.....those were SO good last year.
If I stay on top of all of my other prep work, then I may attempt it come Wednesday night .
Not a morning person? I know I will be sleeping in the day after Thanksgiving :). Here are some great recipes that you can eat at any time of the day: http://www.skinnyscoop.com/list/larissa/healthy-and-delicious-holiday-leftovers
Personally, I don't want a hefty breakfast when there's a feast ahead. So fruit and yogurt please. Maybe some oatmeal.
