We've talked about how much we love lemon verbena. It's one of our favorite herbs. But now we have a bumper crop of it, and we want some new ideas!
Despite being squeezed into a pot with lavender and sage, our lemon verbena took off this summer and is in serious need of pruning. What's your favorite thing to do with lemon verbena?

Lemon verbena ice cream or sorbet.

Pour boiling water over it and drink it like tea. The french do it after a big meal, it's supposed to be soothing and helps digestion. Plus it's yummy!
I'll second (third?) the ice cream or sorbet, perhaps in combination with lavender. Grind the herbs with the sugar for better texture and flavor.
my boyfriends' mother makes liquor with it.
you can drink it plain or diluted in water.
