Monday mornings can be brutal — but do they have to be? My most recent hypothesis is that they don't. I'm trying to think about Mondays as more like Fridays (i.e., transition days) ... only you're coming out of your weekend rather than going into it.
The trick to making Mondays not suck is simple, really: Give yourself permission to enjoy Mondays. Because, let's be honest — you're not going to get everything done on Monday. No really, you're not, and that's okay; that's what the rest of the week is for.
