Q: I want to get my girlfriend a KitchenAid stand mixer and I would appreciate some guidance. She bakes a lot and I want to make the job a bit easier for her since her right arm is not in perfect condition. But now, the questions. Bowl-lift or tilt-head? Series? Capacity?
There seem to be a lot more things to consider than I had anticipated, and the only one I am sure about so far is the stainless steel bowl. What are your and your readers' experiences and what would you recommend? Also, is there any accessory or attachment you consider essential?
