Spring Kitchen: What's Holding You Back From Cooking?

Spring is here and we've been busy. It's one of the ironies of May that while farmers markets are opening for business, and fresh green lettuces and new fruit are showing up, we are busier than ever. We're traveling and racing through work and school to finish off projects before the summer comes, and it's hard to find the time to cook creatively.

What about you? Are you finding fresh inspiration in the kitchen? If so, what's inspiring you? Or are you having a hard time staying in the kitchen? If so, what's holding you back from cooking? Busyness? Or would you rather just be outside?
