Q: I recently came into a huge amount of sake. Naturally, I have to have a sake party — but I know nothing about the stuff and am in need of some recipe ideas.
This particular brand of sake is clear, and when sipped chilled tastes a bit like a White Russian (no, really). I plan to filter some to get a cleaner taste for mixed drinks, but I'm game for any suggestions.
