If you're craving something a little decadent this summer, but still on the healthy-side of things, this recipe is the answer. This pasta takes a vegan twist on the classic Alfredo by using white beans and vegan margarine to get that signature creamy sauce. To liven up the pasta a bit, Healthy Recipe Ecstasy added a vegan kale pesto. Hungry? I am.

I like that this vegan recipe uses a lot of easy-to-find and natural things to get that creamy texture. Using white beans as a base for sauce is pure genius.
