Q: If I don't have Hungarian paprika, which paprika should I use?
Sent by Fran
Editor: Turns out there are a lot of different varieties of Hungarian paprika that range in pungency and heat! The most common version sold in the U.S. is the édesnemes variety, which is probably most similar to sweet paprika.
Readers, what kind of paprika would you substitute here?
