Q: I love tomatillos. I grew them this summer and they appeared in my summer CSA basket as well. We have made vats of salsa verde this year. My question is this: the only recipes I can find for tomatillos are some variety of green sauce, be it for a sauce or a salsa. Are tomatillos a one trick pony, or are there other options for using them?
