Q: I canned a lot of apple chutney in 2010 and have several jars leftover that I need to use up this year. What can I make with it?

Editor: I immediately thought of using it as a topping for roast pork. Yum! A perfect dish for fall.
Readers, what ideas do you have for using up this apple chutney?

We've got lots of suggestions over on Local Market South--check out our write-up of chutney here: http://localmarketsouth.com/market/southern-chutney
In a sandwich with really sharp cheddar and arugula.
Spread it on puff pastry, add cheese or fruit, and bake!
I put it in my grilled cheese sandwiches, often with a bit of fresh rosemary and an aged cheddar. Delish!
Served alongside some roast pork or chicken? Added to bread dough? Scrambled into eggs with cheese? Glazing roasted vegetables?
Pork chops? On top of vanilla ice cream with pepper on top? Indian pizza topper? On top Of pancakes and bacon?
when in doubt cook chicken.
With brie in puff pastry or on top of salmon.
Thanks to you all for the great suggestions. Sometimes when you can a lot of one thing, you can get stumped with using it! I like all suggestions!
I think I may try to make an apple chutney upsidedown cake, too!
