This summer, my boss has been giving me rooster spur peppers. I love spicy things but I must admit I have no idea what to do with these. When I asked my boss what he does with them he simply stated that his wife eats them on salads.
I was wondering if any of the people at The Kitchn or your readers could give me some suggestions for what to use these little guys in. Since the season has just begun I only have a handful, but soon my boss will be giving them to me by the hundreds and I'd like to be prepared.

Meghan, we've used these tiny hot peppers in curries, and sliced up and tossed with meat or fish before cooking.
Readers, any good ideas for Meghan and her bounty of peppers?
