Q: What can I do with leftover meringues? I bought a lot and now they don't seem very appetizing just as is. Do you know any recipes in which I could use them? Thank you!

Editor: Crumbled into bits, I think those meringues would make a great topping for ice cream or a layer in a fruit parfait!

Store made ones are so disappointing there should be a law against them. Learn old classic recipes and make them at home. They're heavenly and you can add stuff like berries to make them colorful.

Eton mess ice cream: crush them in large pieces, fold them into homemade whipped cream, put in freezer for 3 hours. Serve with raspberry sauce and fresh raspberries.
You can also do a variation of this by layering them in a dish with homemade lemon curd and whipped cream and either freeze or serve as is, with blackberries or blueberries.
You can also do some parfait with chocolate mousse and whipped cream.
Eton Mess!!!!! yum.
