Q: A small indepdendent grocery store recently started carrying kale sprouts. I only found one recipe for kale sprouts online and it came out really tasty. Anyone know of other recipes out there for kale sprouts?

I've never seen them in the store, but when I thinned the lacinato (dinosaur) kale I grew last year, the seedlings were tasty, similar to broccoli sprouts.
I wouldn't cook them, or at least not more than warming them through. Add to a stir fry at the end, or to a salad or sandwich.
I just picked up some kale spouts at my farmers' market. I rinsed them off and microwaved them in s single layer for 20-30 seconds while they're still damp.
you'll probably get more results if you search for recipes for "baby Kale" rather than kale sprouts.
The farmer's market I get them at recommends cutting them in half and roasting with some salt and olive oil at 350 until crispy - 10-20 min. They are AMAZING this way!
